General Considerations:
ORL cases are frequently short with rapid turnover desired
If the child is uncooperative during attempts to place a Sat monitor, you may need to proceed with mask induction and then have the OR staff assist with the placement of monitors
ENT procedures have a high incidence of airway complications- BE PREPARED!
